Dinner Recalls Chaplin Era An old-fashioned ice cream parlor and a Charlie Chaplin coni- edy lilm highlighted the evening at the final stop of the traditional Christmas progressive dinner. After a delay caused by a breakdown in the bus, cars were obtained to cover the unusually large distance. The evening began with the ap- petizer at the Lauiy Taylor's home, followed by salad at the lVlcFee's, the main course at the Lancaster's, and dessert at the Jennings' home.
