-.066 'CS x 52? its EFOREWORD More than two score eventful years have passed since the present San Angelo High School became a reality. During those years a great many students and teachers have devoted immeasurable time and energy in an effort to leave SAHS a little better place than it was when they entered it. All have contributed: Each student, each teacher, each year has added an intangible something, until the present San An- gelo High School has become not just a place of learning, but a tradition, to you and to every other student who has ever been a part of it. In editing your 1958 Westerner, the staff has kept one main goal in mind: To present San Angelo High School as something more than just a school, but as a product of forty-two years of growth and development.
