For SAHS is a friendly school, and its 1,150 teachers and stu- dents offer you that many opportunities to form lasting friendships. In this section of your 1955 Westerner you will find all of these friends. . .as well as those extra special people you chose as favorites. Emerson wrote that friends are those with whom you may be sincere, before whom you may think aloud. You will find that the sincerity of many of these high school friendships will stand the stress of the years.
