In her senior year she was kept busy with her duties as president of the Student Council. She was an active and valuable member of the Drama Club, and played leading roles in a number of the plays and programs given at the school. She was also an enthusiastic member of the Hockey Club, and captain of the Rhos her junior year. After graduation she hopes to pursue a career in the medical held. With one hand she presided as president of the Athletic Association, and with the other helped the class maintain its scholastic average. Her energies in extracurricular activities were devoted to the TORCH, for which she served as an excellent and courageous busi- ness manager. In art class she proved herself a promising student with her many interpretations of still life. Yvonne hopes to prepare for a career in teaching at the University of Maryland.
