These services are under the cognizance of the Admin Officer, LT Richard Curtis. He is assisted by LT Hazel Thomas, Command Chaplain and LT Ellen McGrath. Judge Advocate. Among the services provided by the Admin Department are the maintenance of personnel records, legal assistance, personal and career counseling. The Command Master Chief Petty Officer.
