The Music DeparTmenT provides musical Training Through group insTrucTion and provides an opporTuniTy Tor The periformance and appreciaTion oT fine music. The Concerlr Band, The Menls Glee Club, The ProTesTanT Choir, The CaTholic Choir, The ConcerT OrchesTra, i'ri.sTrumenTal and vocal ensembles, and The Music AppreciaTion Club are sponsored and clirecTed by members oT The Music DeparTmenT. Band and orchesTral insTrumenTs owned by ACUNY are loaned To deserving musicians on The basis OT Try-ouTs aT The beginning oT each semesTer.
