He received his commission through Officer Candidate School in September 1964. After six months of Supply Corps School he reported to the surveying ship USS Tanner QAGS-151 where he served as Ship's Store, Disbursing, and Commissary Officer. In Au- gust 1967 he reported to the U.S. Naval Acad- emy for duty as Midshipman Disbursing Of- ficer. ln November 1969 he reported to USS Sample for duty as Supply Officer. fr LTJ G Hudock Disbursing Officer
