With close to 60 boys still turning out by the deadline, Coach Ray Lincoln had a lot of promising material to choose from, although there were only five returning lettermen. ln the 1962 season, the baseball team had an eight win-eight loss record and took fourth place in the league. Although the team was still in the building stage this season, from now on the Totems will be a power to be reckoned with. 1
