Stu- dents were able to take courses within the regular cur- riculum to aid them in the core requirements. In ad- dition, unusual courses were offered to expand the stu- dent's knowledge in areas unfamiliar to him. Students were able to learn about the religions of the world, glassblowing, the United States Senate, foreign cooking, and archaeology.
