Rarely is one found who so captures the hearts of those who know him, Dean Dale is just such a man. Dean Dale attended Mississiooi Delta State and Duke University, earnina his BA., MA., and Ph D. degrees at the latter. In Will, he came to l-toward and his auiet courage and cheerful determination have won for him the resoect and admiration of ev ery student. DEAN GF WOM N MRS. MARGARET D. SIZEMORE As Dean of Womeiw, lvlrs. Sizemore has won a place in our hearts that time will not remove. Her activities go beyond her official title, however, and her office is constantly filled with students seeking her counsel. Dean Burns has served Howard since l9l i, and his services have been indispensable tothe school. The son of a Baptist minister, Dean Burns sought his education at Howard and later earned his M. A. at Howard. He studied turther at the University ot Chicago and holds an honorary Litt. D. from Mercer University. In l9l l, he carne back to Howard as acting professor of English and the tollowina year was made professor and head of the department.
