MR. EZELL Mr. S. Ezell, our Vice-President, is not so often seen around the campus. But through his work we know that he han- dles college business which falls his lot, lmoth calmly and efficiently. XVe are sure we owe him much appreciation. DEAN BURNS Dean Burns is like a good hook-XVe want to get all the knowledge we can from him. His love of Howard and his desire for her iniprovement are revealed in his tire- less efforts to advance Howard in the field of learning. Because of his friendly cooperation to every individual associated with Howard we feel that we can go to him any hour of the clay for advice and he perfectly welcome.

WPRESIDENT MAJOR HARVVELL G. DAVIS ln this, our Back To School Editionw of Entre Nous, the first person to whom We look as an outstanding figure in readjusting Howard to nieet the needs of the veterans is Major Harwell G. Davis. VVe know we can place our utmost confidence in the Majorn to guide us nolaly through the peaceful years ahead, as he so safely led us through the years of war. ln his attitude of friendliness and helpfulness we find the true spirit of Howard.

DEAN DALE Our Dean of Men is well suited to his post. He always welcomes students prob- lenis-either personal or pertaining to scholastic endeavors. Famous for his wit and understanding he has been a grand aid in helping with the reconversion ef- forts. DEAN OBENCHAIN Our Dean of Wlonien is also a constant advisor for the men. Dean Obie is an open-minded, frank person. ln no class on the campus do we feel more free than hers. One of the first friendly personages we meet when entering Howard she is also one we hate to leave when grad- uating.
