BELLE B00 T T EXA PIRI T The Basketball Belles had a big job this year promoting spirit throughout the basketball season. The 68 girls, co- sponsored by tvlrs. Carolyn Preston and Miss Lisa Rogers, supported the Varsity Basketball Team at the games and pep rallies. The Belles learned many new Cheers and wrapped the players' houses before games. 296 SAM 15' CRE W SER VES SRH As the keepers of our mascot-the symbol of our school-the members of Sam's Crew have a very important job. These boys put in many hours of work during football season at games and pep rallies. This year, Mr. Simpson selected seniors Rodney Creed and Roy McCeorge, juniors jimmy Everly and Eddie Rodriquez, and smphomores Brian Clark and johnny Perez to serve on Sam's Crew. Sponsor Mr. Lucas Vegas selected bottom row: seniors Kirk Freytag, Paula Perry and junior jeff Carrollg second row: senior Greg Meyer, sophomore Brian Clark, and seniors Penny Cubley and jeff Clarkg and top row: seniors Karen Parker, Liz Taute and Marian Scott. These students supervised the fire drills and checked the extinguishers periodically. The Fire Marshals show the correct techni- que for using fire extinguishers.
