Their first perfor- mance this year was at the Pop Show where they introduced their hit song, Dana , which they wrote by them- selves. Later, they were asked to appear at the FFA Sweetheart Pageant and the Bluebonnet Belle Pageant. leffand Bob- by teamed up in February 1978. Together they have completed twenty- five original songs. When asked what their future plans were they responded, We are just taking it one day at a time, 10

The sponsors and homeroom representa- tives worked together to make this project a success. Each homeroom sold flowers and did their part. With only a minimum amount of work, the junior class earned money while making February 14th a super special day. 110 Students eagerly bought and sold Valentine flowers during all lunch periods, K Mary Cream and DeDe Largent get a kick out ol the crazy Valentine messages that were sent
