As ossisronr director of the bond, sponsor of rhe American Field Service ond orgonizer of rhe Miss Texon Pageonr, Mr. Jeremy Walker ison inspiration to oil who know him. Whether directing rhe orchestra for o school musical, reaching music history to English students, or sponsoring o chili sup- per, Mr. Walker is always willing to give his own rime. He is olwoys smiling ond hoppy which mokes him one of everybody's favorite people. His enthusiasm is contagious, so when we leorn he is involved, we wont to porricipore. It’s Awesome . .. T I his school yeor has been torolly awesome.” Junior Melisso Cooper sums up the feeling with these few words. Peo- ple hordly hod o chonce to find their way to their classes before preparations for on eorly Homecoming began. On their woy to school, students found it hord ro pork. One could nor pass security guards ond the new gores without paying the required $15 for o parking sticker. Seniors surpassed oil odds by making over $19,500 total gross selling magazines, beating lost year's total by $4000. They slipped during Homecoming by winning only two of the three events, then picked themselves up ro clear our class competition. These tasks were hord ro ac- complish with the lowest enroll- ment ever, only o little more rhon 1450 students. It wos o more organized yeor with events being run smoothly. The main intent wos to get more people involved.
