5-N15- no Earlg Homecoming Speeds Preparations lt can't be Homecoming already - I don't have a date yet! Students rushed up their social plans to make the Sept. 28 Homecoming. Texans ral- lied their spirit despite the absence of the traditional floats. The sophs took hall decora- tion honors with their rainbow- filled display entitled The Sky is the Limit. Spirit link compe- tition was won by the juniors who painfully parted with their extra money for several weeks. Seniors unified to capture the spirit stick. It is all of the Texans together, however - past, present and future - that make Sam such a great place to come home to! CAD Juniors express their gushing spirit by displaying one of their many pos- ters. QBJ Leslie Walters, Michelle Pay- ette, and Laura Estes watch a skit with interest.
