NON-CERTIFIED PERSONNEL Barlows Staff Performs Well. This year Barlows non- certified personnel had some new people to add to their staff. Mrs. Payne, the school nurse, enjoys her job at Barlow. She has had 27 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Working in public and county health. There are also two new custodians this year. They are Gary Swan and Bill Nagles. They enjoy their work very much. The head custodian this year is Gene Gailey. Each of our bus drivers drive 50 miles a day, 250 miles a week, 800 miles a month, or 6400 miles a school year.
