I-low intelligent can the Human Mind become ? NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY HS Sponsors Blood Drive This year's NHS was the victim of much criticism. Being very idle at the beginning of the year, they were put down by the editors of the Bruin Banner. In response, they got moving. During the football season, they collected garbage after the games. They had eighty-three persons donate, collecting a total of seventy-nine pints of blood. The drive proved to be a tremendous success! They closed out the year with a fantastic new idea! Instead of the traditional banquet, they held a barbeque for the new and old members and their parents. A demon- stration of strength must also be demonstrated by the ability to ac- complish an isometric sit-up and to improvise new and different methods by which to transport an olive.
