Sharon Ashmore and Tim Sommerville demonstrate their acting ability in The Curious Savage. Mark Kost, Richard Fuller and Jeff Hardin are tak- ing The Brick and the Rose very seriously. Drama Coach, Mrs. Marsha Kitchen, helps Lori SPRING PLAY Four Plays Successful The spring plays consisted of one long and three short plays. The first of these plays Was, The Curious Savage, performed March 9th and 10th. This play was about an eccentric joyfull old lady, who hides her husband's bonds from her step chil- dren. The effort to get them back involves a sani- tarium and some not-so crazy people. The three other plays were performed May 11. The first one was The Masher. It was about a Woman and a man who met at a bus stop and the woman's efforts to foil his pick-up. The second Was The Two Fools Who Gained A Measure Of Wisdom. It was about a young couple who find out the influence of others does not matter as long as they have each other. The third was The Brick and The Rose. It was about a boy who grows up searching for some- thing he never finds. He turns to drugs and dies. Pam Booher trys to comfort Bev F orquer in The Curious Savage.
