Since I have a couple of weeks off from my Veterinarian practice, you see I'm a horse doctor, I have de- cided to travel throughout the country and visit the graduating class of 1960. My first stop was at Vassar College, where I found Professor Mary Ross busily at work teaching her world famous chemistry classes. Mary wanted to teach at Harvard University but since it was a men's school it just cou1dn't be arranged. I asked Mary if she knew where I could locate Betty Anne Randall, and she told me Betty Anne was now in Paris giving beauty classes to the models there. Mary told me she also is one of the top hair stylists in the nation. It did not come as too much of a surprise as I remember she always had a knack for styling in high school. On my way to Oregon I noticed in the sports page a familiar face. Reading under the picture I dis- covered it was Dale Lincoln. He was being awarded the Player of the Year trophy in professional baseball, and there handing him the award was the one and only Armando Montijo, who is now the manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Incidentally, the Dodgers have won 10 championships in a row under Armando. When I arrived in Oregon l had a wonderful visit with my good friend Ruth Young. Ruth is very satisfied with her lovely home and three happy children. She surprised me with some inside newsg she had another child on the way. She said, This time, after three boys, I know it will be a gir1! Ruth asked me ifl had looked up Helen Cowell. Telling her no, she told me that Helen had become Business Manager for the General Motors Corporation in Detroit. She had earned this position after being with the company only 6 months. Besides keeping a very busy schedule with her job, she also is the President of the P. T. A. , and keeps house for her two boys. One is 6 and the other going on 4. My journey was coming to an end and I had just stopped at Santa Anita for the races, whenl heard the name of Sonny Webb being called to the main office. Since l had not expected to see Sonny here I knew that this was my lucky day. After locating him we had a wonderful visit. Sonny told me he was now the owner of this very prosperous race track. ' This has certainly been a wonderful trip, I said to myself. After renewing old friendships and seeing how successful everyone had become, I knew there would never be another class such as the one of 1960. ezwbz Q44 aw I, Helen Cowell, will to Carolyn King all my used first Clarinet music. I, Jacque Cureton, will my work on the annual to anyone who has nerve enough to attempt itg and to Helen Huthmacher my ability to golf. I, Dale Lincoln, will my ability to play baseball and basketball to my brother Jerry. for he will need itg and my ability to get along with Mr. Wease and Mr. Myers to all the boys at Salome High School. I, Armando Montijo, will all my brains to Bill West. I, Betty Anne Randall, will to next year 's poor new cheerleader my ability to get along with the other cheerleaders and my ability to get Mr. Charman highly frustrated at all times and at all cheerleaders. I, Mary Ross, being of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath my ability to get home on time to George Greer, my worn-out band-aids from golf practice to Sharon Martin, and my gavel to any other GIRL who becomes Student Council President.
