's Message In the spring of 1957 Mr. Earl Williams left Eden, ldaho school system to become the new superintendent of the Salmon Public Schools. At the completion of his first year Mr. Williams had this to say: A school is no better than the students make it. I feel sure with the pupils we have that Salmon High School will be the greatest. DICK DEMICK President Pwsrdwis Messagu Election of student body officers found two seniors and two sophomores in leading roles. Dick Demick was elected President, De Loy Wolfley, Vice President, Dawn Corbett, Secretary and Louie Demick as Business Manager. The Council, for the first time in the school 's history, sponsored the very successful Homecoming. The student leaders proposed changes which they felt necessary and continued to do so during the school year. We of the Council have enjoyed being of service to you. We would like to thank the faculty and the students for all the cooperation they have given us during the past year. 6
