Your Yearbook!!! For the past two years you have only to read past yearbook editorials to see the serious problems we have come across during publication. Now in 1974 the same situation has appeared. In August of 1974 the entirety, as it were of the ' 73-74 Evergreen was sent to college unfinished and the business of finishing the yearbook was again left in the hands of the S.G.A. We have endea¬ vored to put together this yearbook with the help of a few dedicated people who spent many hours struggling to uphold the tradi¬ tion of the college yearbook. We would like to express our appreciation to the Physical Education Department, Public Relations and any one else who gave us a hand when we were in desperate need of pictures and information. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to Richard Schrenker, American Yearbook Representative, for everything he has done for us in putting the yearbook together. Words are just not enough to express our feelings for the time and work he has spent with us. As you leaf through the pages of your yearbook do not be quick to criticize. Before you criticize stop and ask yourself what you have done to help the yearbook or what you might do in the future if the tradition of a yearbook is to be continued at SSC. It is our hope that you will take an interest and see that this situation, which has occurred so often in the past does not occur again. L and K, Joanne Keys Barbara Stetka Co-editors 141
