Message From the President Mrs. Rosalie Griffith Secretary to the President Message to Graduates To each member of the graduating class I extend best wishes for much success in your chosen profession or vocation. It is my hope that during the time you have spent in this College you have found the opportunity to stretch the range of “eye” and “ear” to the eternal miracle of life with its limitless possibilities. Education does not end with a degree or diploma. An attitude toward learning that I hope each has developed must be carried into life after graduation. The demands of our rapidly changing society for knowledge, intellectual skills and quality performance can never be satisfied by what can be compressed into four years of formal college work. Rather, education is coterminous with life itself. If you have had your appetite whetted for further learning and have achieved that measure of self-discipline which leads to self-education, then you have received a head start toward a successful and satisfying life.
