Commission formally organized with election of Charles R. Disharoon, Chairman; W. S. Gordy, Jr., Treasurer; W. J. Hol¬ loway, Secretary. S. —That was ten years ago. V. .— B. Legislation 1. Construction Loan, 1922, included item for purchase of land for construction and equipment of a State Normal School to be located at Salisbury. 2.
