dll' SEPTEMBER 6-School started, half a day. 8-Shorthand hard, Joyce and Sandy quit. Juniors ordered their class rings and Seniors ordered invitations. 9-Baseball game at Salem. Opposing team-Sycamore. 14-15-16-Off for the Fair. . 19-Did everyone have a nice time at the fair? 20-Baseball game at Marseilles. Everyone disgusted, we lost. 23-Nevada game postponed because of rain. 26-Seniors had pictures taken at Fostoria. Watch the one lane bridge, Mr. Grothl 27-Senior girls had a slumber party. '28-I wonder why all the Seniors girls look so sleepy? 30-Baseball game at 'Scutch. OCTOBER 3-Work started, play practice. 5-Sandy had a date, no play practice. 6-Had a party after play practice. 7-Game with Wharton postponed because of rain. 10-We got to see a movie at school. ll-How did you get home from play practice Rose Ann? 13-Seniors sold ads for annual. 14-Ballgame at Wharton. 19-The government class went to see a trial at the court-house. 20-Seniors finish selling ads. 21-All the girls are happy, no play practice tonight. ?A-Miss Roberts gave a delicious demonstration in home-ec. 27-Held second meeting of F.H.A. 28-No school. Ed., Jaunita? 18-Ballgame with 'Scutch. The score was 58-69 in their favor. 21-Ballgame with Wharton. 24-'25-Aren't we lucky? No school, Thanksgiving vacation. 28-Juniors got their class rings. DECEMBER 1-F.F.A. boys had Parliamentary Procedure at Upper. 2-Ballgame at Sycamore. The score was 57-87 in their favor. 5-Started Operettapractice. 7-Earl got kicked out of music. 8-Seniors still waiting for their pictures. 9-Ballgame at Marseilles. 13-Earl joined music again. 16-Game at Harpster. 20-Ballgame with Nevada. 21-F.H.A.
