One of the most popular men of the Senior Class-and his popularity extends further than the High School. Red has shown loyalty to Salem High by his untiring elforts on the Held, on the stage ancl in the classroom. As Business Manager of the Oracle, he is unsur- passed. We wonder why he so greatly admires brown eyes and black hair? Red's motto is, Girls and studies will not mix. Moral: Cut out the studies. We are sure Red will succeed in all he undertakes. But somehow she always has the time to help a fellow classmate. To be an object of love and admiration is an honor that never comes underserved, and the place that Mary Lewis holds in the hearts of her classmates as well as in those of certain members of R. At leasl, in four years, we could not find them out. Vesta is a valuable and faithful member of the Class of '23, One must really know Vesta before one can love her, for her nature is deep. She is one of those rare people who has a pleasant smile for every one and her sweet disposition has held our love and friendship through- out our high school days.
