Foreign students adapt to life at SHS The American Field Service had an active year trying to make it possible for students from abroad and students from Salem to learn about other countries. They held two dances and sponsored the Key Club-Interact Student-Faculty basketball game. The money that was made from these activities was used to help pay our exchange student's way to a foreign country. On May 7, A.F.S. Day was held at our school for visiting exchange students who attended other schools. Each exchange student visited classes all day and gave talks on their countries. A a I 2 -e. Q 6. N Q 0 .
