At the beginning of school about eighty former members and twenty-live new members enrolled, meeting regularly on lVlonday 3 and Friday, during the General Assembly period. 4, 3 This group started Work by learning several codas which Were later 3 Z sung by uniting the Boys' Glee Club -with the Girls' Chorus. For the I 0 first time the text, Student's Edition of Laurel Songs, Was used. , - L Owing to a lack of sufficient altos and second sopranos, Miss Reister found it very hard to undertake as much part Work as she would have if ' liked. Some of the Work done was studying the songs Which could be '22 'Q' sung in unison and all girls Worked on the second soprano and alto in 'L' order to develop more mixed talent for next year. Hi? As in preceding years the Girls' Chorus has been very glad to help ll!!! th ' ' f h ' - ' Q Th h U ' Th h - '!!!5' e community in any o t eir services. is year at t e mon an S y giving Service a picked chorus of sixteen girls sang a beautiful number ' entitled, Thanksgiving Sextettes have also been chosen from the chorus to help on the programs for the high school. Each year a group is selected to sing at Baccalaureate and Commencement services. Though not boast- gg ing as large a membership in the school year of 1925-1926 as in that 3 of IQ24.-I925, the Work ofthe club is very good. Each of the students 3 X strives in every Way to make the club better and its Work of a higher Y 0 quality. 'P n - The regular meeting time of the club is the assembly period on -1 - iifi VVednesday' mornings. This 3 10 club has as its members only those who are members of a Vocational 0 0 Agriculture class. lt meets every three weeks during the entire year. 0 9 'E At the annual Club picnic on August 21, 1925, the club held its iirst A . I n achievement and demonstration day. Several members are intending to - - i ii go to Purdue to the Annual Club-Round-Up May 1-2-3-4.
