deait and dantai V On the evenings of December 18th and 19th the S.C.H.S. Chamber Singers took part in a strange and unique happening. This unusual event, under the directon of G. Michael Register, took place on the stage and was witnessed by an estimated 130 people. It was the Madrigal Dinner, an old English dinner consisting of roast beef, flaming pudding, and wassail. Cast and audience were magically transported back to the 16th century for the evening. They were entertained by the music, songs, and a short play. An enchanted evening was had by all!
