They have risen from shy freshmen to confident seniors. They have learned from their academic education as well as their day-to-day living education. The seniors have survived their first Founder ' s Day and seen the name changed to Fall Fest. They have seen the inauguration of a new President at Salem. They have watched three classes before them prepare ' and graduate. Seniors have watched themselves prepare for graduation: term papers, lecture assemblies, exams, critiques, labs — they have succeeded in all. Their success, however, is not measured by grades, it is measured by what they have learned. And so now it is their turn to say good-bye as they have accomplished four major goals — their freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior years. But ' ' if ever you would leave us, how could it be in springtime? B ■fl
