As our representatives, they work closely with the Faculty, the Board of Trustees, our org;anizations, and individual student opinion lo encompass changes in practice and in theory. They are open-minded at their hest. imaginative and diligent. They find sometimes that our opinions are opposite from what they consider right, but thev never fail to consider our opinions, to state their policies and their reasons for them. They stand spot- lighted in chapel, in on-campus and off-campus activities — aware of their responsibility to us, to Salem, to them- selves.
