Its president is elected at large from the student body, a secretary-treasurer and a vice- president are chosen from the membership of the council. The purposeof the I.O.C. is to better coordinate the a c t iv i t i e s and improve the communication between the Student Council, clubs, and campus organization. In this capacity it schedules the meet- ing dates and extra curricular activities of individual clubs, promotes campus functions such as Freshman Orientation Week, Playday, Homecoming, and Winter Carnival, maintains the Student Activities Calendar, and helps co-ordinate the intra- mural program.
