He installs. maintains. and repairs all electrical installa- tions and keeps them working at the peak of their efliciency. ln addition to this. he is responsible for the public address system, electrical megaphones. all other announcing equip- ment. gyrocompass. operation and maintenance ul motion picture equipment. The two main components of the lliyision are the EMF consisting of the lighting. power. and distribution gangs con- trolled by the electric shop. the 6-yolt-gang in the battery shop and the l.C. gang who are responsible for the forward l.C. rooms.
