Not only were several school records broken, but they took second in the Capitol League and sent a relay team consisting of four boys CChet Schmidt, Dean Maurer, Bob Brotherton and Gerald Bigginsl to the State Track Meet. High-point men for the year were Bob Brotherton and Chet Schmidt.
