It was suppos- ed to be an educational trip but most of the students spent the majority of their time on the Midway. Here, the students rode rides, ate like pigs, and above all spent a.ll of the money they brought trying to win the big pink panther . . . or was it the big bear or maybe it was the big puppy dog. IBEW ULU IU 'lffllli L5 'IJJIU Dancing is a favorite activity among teenagers.. School spon- sored dances provide a cheap form of entertainment on a bor- ing Friday night. Popular kinds of dances include the Wave, the Prep, the Twist, Breakdancing, the Monkey, the Two-step, the Bird, and the Janet Jackson. The FFA had 37 entries with a result of 36 ribbons. The FHA had 16 entries with a result of 27 ribbons. The total entries including 4-H were 80 participants. Although not all of the participants won a ribbon, each and every person who did participate took the time and effort to be involved in the livestock show.
