EIIQUKEUTV 'U ITU WIEKUFJ i A unique cominbation of pride, dedication, and school spirit represents the student body's attitude toward the activities that the student body par- ticipates in. Attending pep rallies, gathering wood for the bonfire, and looking on as our 1987 Homecoming Queen, Sheri White- ly, was crowned were only a few things the student body took part in. The tradition of Homecoming con- tinued. Each day had a designated theme. Student Council selected the winners of each day and each winner was awarded a free pass to the Homecoming Dance. Homecoming week was a time of togetherness with old and new friends. We all created homecoming memories together and these memories will never be forgotten. M aff: If ,BY -ee' ,pw E

You have it all set up with a bunch of friends. Next weekend, you are all going to catch the best and funniest movie of the year. But when the weekend comes, you have no money. You can't tell your friends in fear that they might think you are poor and reject you. You can'r ask your parents because they will lecture and you'll never hear the end of it. What are you going to do? Shawn Melber, a sophomore, said he would borrow Clif- ford Coleman's M-Bank card. Arthur Dawkins, a senior, said he would tell his friends that visitors were coming. Patrick Sloan, Sth grade, said he'd go ahead and ask his mom. Jason Oldham, 8th grade, said he'd bum money off his friends and tell them he'd pay them back. Most people would ask their parents. What about you! By Doug Hill l w w 10
