I ? ? coach McCartney COACH BELL A group of enthusiastic juniors, sophomores, freshmen, and junior ll ' s reported for football in August. Coach Douthit and assistant coaches Mr. McCarty, Mr. Bell and Mr. Vinson began the task of building a wildcats team. Day after day the staff put the boys through rugged and intensive drills. This hard practice and strenuous exercise paid off in form of a fighting team. Although the team won only two games this season, the boys showed a great deal of interest and spirit toward the betterment of the squad. Next season we are expecting a lot more from our team because the boys will have more experience and better ability.
