Many hours of loyal service and co- operation from students, faculty, parents and other patrons of our school are beginning to make the dreams of our high school ma- terialize. We challenge everyone concerned to join us in making our school a reality instead of a dream. 5atf5 Art dhcj Krafts Club Ja ne-s holder Each year we look forward to the time our annual will be returned to us. We should stop and give our annual staff and theirsponsor, Mrs. Ruby Jo Bonds, a word of thanks for making the Saks Echoes a book which we will long cherish. Saks School stands for the highest standards and ideals in all of its ac- tivities. It stands for lady- and gentleman-like actio n in clubs, bands, sports, and all other school activities. Let ' s work together to keep ours a school of which we can all be proud. It is a pleasure to work with students and parents who are interested in upholding the high ideals for which our school stands. Sincerely yours, William E. Although we were handicapped by lack of experience and size, the Wildcats completed the season with a respectable 2 won, 6 lost record. The schedule included three games with varsity teams. Next year Saks will play a full varsity schedule leading up to com- plete varsity competition in the fall of 1961. The future is bright! All players return, and since about half of the team were Freshmen there is a solid nucleus that will be available for several years.
