The Aquinas orchestra has the privilege of being the only orchestra in the entire St. Louis Archdiocese that has acquired a harp. This contribution, played by Leslie Lippencott, has added new color as well as new sound to the orchestra section ofthe music department under the direction of Mr. Bozzi. The Aquinas orchestra performs for various school and competitive festivals held in the greater St. Louis area. Prominent among these are the Music and Arts Festival, held in the spring, and the C h r i stm a s Concert, conducted bythe Music Department of Aquinas. Leslie Palmer and Kathy Wunkelmann seem to be hitting the right notes Mornn Hanley and Karen Worley are caught in the act of practicing.

Don't tell me those pep pills don't world says Rex Pep club Thunder, thunder, thunderationl We're the Falcons' delegation! That exactly what the Pep Club is--a delegation fostering school spirit. Several times a year the Pep Club sponsors pep rallies. One such rally was before the first game, and one was before Homecoming. ,nv We Barbeou to fellow officers, Judy Smith and Joe Knobbe. l ought to know, l concocted them myself. Press Club The Press Club is an organization composed of sophomores and juniors who are interested in iournalism arid would like to be on the paper staff. Moderated by Sister Mary Denis the paper staff holds meetings every other week and basic journalistic principles are discussed. Membership in this club is a requisite for a position on the Summa staff.
