For the fourth consecutive year, the St. Pius gymnastics club has held its annual gym show under the direction of Mrs. Pat Goias. A Bicen- tennial Salute to Broadwayv was chosen as this year's theme, and featured selections from old Broadway favorites such as My Fair Lady and Fiddler on the Roof , and from such contempo- rary plays as The Wiz and Pippin . Routines on the uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor, vaulting, and modern dance numbers were performed by a variety of students. Hours of hard work and practice by all involved has helped to co-ordinate the show into a successful production. Performed on two evenings, Gym Show '76 was thoroughly enjoyed by both the participants and spectators. Exp o '7 tct To celebrate our nation's 200th birthday, the township of Piscataway has formed a fair enti- tled Expo '76 in which various community organizations such as public and private schools, senior citizens, church groups, ethnic groups, guildsmen, craftsmen, and any other interested citizens were invited to participate. The Chi Rho staff, and students enrolled in U.S. history courses have organized projects to be presented at the exposition, and they will serve as representatives of the St. Pius community. Projects such as quilting, candle dipping, baking of old fashioned recipes, and the construction of a model log cabin were completed by St. Pius students. Involvement in this exposition has enabled students to share in the community's celebration of the Bicentennial year.
