Robert lVlcClure. Mr. lVlcClure,, or Huncle Bohn as he is affectionately called by many of his students, is the Chairman of the Science Department and teaches sophomore biology. ln addition to these duties he is also the moderator of the Wildlife Club. Mr. lVlcClure's contribution to St. Paul has been not only in the academic Held, but also in the spirit and attitudes he has instilled by his own example. The program was offered to all students in the Sophomore, Junior and Senior classes. Lt. Col. Dugger taught aerospace educa- tion while lVl. Sgt. lVlCGeehan took care of the Leadership Lab. Boarders were treated to a new wing of LaSalle Hall and all the students were surprised to see the change that had taken place over the summer in L-5. The old desks were re- placed hy tiered chairs with fold down desks. In the traditional ceremony, mass was held and this was followed by a short talk given by Bro. Ephrem. The seniors were then called out individually to receive their rings. They also had the rest of the day off to celebrate the occasion. 1 K I l Senior Da Toward the end of the school year the seniors had their annual senior picnic. The parade was followed by a Hag raising ceremony and speeches by several guest speakers. Richard Nieset also Won the Best of the Fair award in the Junior Div. and Craig Vitrano won the same award in the Senior Division. 209 Donkey Basketball The Donkey Basketball game, which is sponsored annually by the Student Council, is one of the funniest and mosl enjoyable events during the year.
