A thousand problems of main- tenance have engaged our pas- tor's attention in the eight years since he has been in charge. The latest addition to the schoolis equipment was the Home Eco- nomics Department a n d t h e stokers for smoke prevention. Father's spiritual leadership is best displayed in the attendance he inspires at all the functions of th e Holy Name Society. The catechetical instructions and Junior athletics profit by Father's direction also. ICVEREND HAROLD POLli'l'l'l, CLP. The Saint Michael Alumni is prohting immeasurably by Fa- ther Harold's enthusiastic direc- tion. He has made the Alumni the organization in the school. Father's program ol entertain- ments and other lucrative activi- ties have put St. Michael's on a firm financial basis. His spiritu- al direction of the Blessed Virgin Sodality has taken much of Father's time that was not de- voted to a flourishing organiza- tion of St. M.ichae1's, the band.
