Besides giving the student self-confidence, these activities develop speakers and articulate Catholic Leaders. Students of dramatic and studied oratory in- clude Veronica Zadrosny, Norma Sieger, Kath- leen Kane, Mildred Schaum, Kathleen Pas- torius, Judith Heid, Norma West, Eileen Dearth and Faith Caracci. Frances Bradley has won renown for her speech, Before You Strike. Nancy West's original, The Negro Versus American Culture, has earned for her many credit points. A Student Congress is about to beging it is con- ducted similar to the Congress of the United States. Leading the discussion as chairman is Sandra Fuchs.
