As we ponder in retrospect over the four years at St. Benedict, we recall many happy memories. Of course, there are a few sad reminiscences, too, but they are greatly out-numbered by the happy ones. Among the latter are the fond remem- brances of true friendship which will ever remain our own. These friendships have brightened our spirits and strengthened our characters. They have made our lives worth living for they have provided us with those who love us as we are, and who understand us and sympathize with us in our sorrows and troubles. Wle are about to turn the last page in the chapter called High School Life. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to our dear Alma Mater for the precious gift of true friendship.
