HIERARCHY AT DEDICATION CEREMONIES-Nineteen members of the Catholic hierarchv of America, one of the largest numbers ever to attend a ceremony in the diocese of Davenport, were on the campus for the solemn dedication of the new college Chapel on Dec. 2.
