if J . . ' 5 ,gg I ' ' N, .Eg A Wagons Ho The American History class for the second year in a row was involved in the Conestoga wagon trip. The trip covered a span of 130 desert miles. Mr. Bob Kastelic, Uncle Bob, to his beloved students explained that there is one important reason, above all others that he even attempts to take on such a project. It's a hell of a challenge and if there isn't a chal- lenge involved, I'll make one, said Kastelic. The Grassroots project was a challenge for everyone involved. This project not only taught the students about trail and pioneer life, but they experienced and learned respect, trust, teamwork, communications, determination, and decision making skills.
