For that reason Mr. Stevens goes over these equations. The science department this year not only increased in the amount ofstudents taking courses in this field but was also able to add an additional teacher for chemistry. Each year the science teachers gather new and more up-to -date material to inform their students in their classes. The students have also accomplished something. They have not only placed in nation wide contests but have also received scholarships to con- tinue their studies in this field. At the end of the year the teachers have a banquet honoring one of their best students. SCIENCE - 153
