With her students she spends many long hours meeting deadlines so that the students and faculty can have their yearbook by the end of the school year. The English department now has a wide range of topics from which to help students choose in its program this year. These classes consist of speech, developmental reading, journalism, and beginning yearbook. These are basically all recommended courses to take in high school to help a student toward future years of college or in everyday usage after high school. This year journalism and beginning yearbook were counted as regular English credits because of a new procedure for this year's curriculum. The students in this English class spend many hours studying and gaining valuable knowledge. The atmosphere of this classroom is represented by the pictures on the bulletin board in the back for the students ' in terest. ENGLISH - 145
