Sociedad Hispaniea Hosts Speakers THE PURPOSE of Sociedad Hispanica is to enrich and enlarge the Spanish language, students' knowl- edge of the history, culture, and customs of the His- panic countries. The meetings were conducted en- tirely in Spanish, with only occasional translations for newcomers, giving its members an opportunity to use the language in other than classroom situations.
