It drew quite a crowd. Our football team didn't win the game for us, but you couldn't tell it by the fans. We had alot of spirit through out the entire game. During half time Gwen King Miss Helen of Troy and her court was crowned. Following the game the Student Council sponsored a dance and everyone HUSTLED and BUMPED the night away.

The Saginaw High Varsity Baseball Team had a rough season this year as they could only 2 wins in 21 outings. some of the outstanding players on the team this year were Bill Ugartechea, Jeff Miller, Clar- ence West and Emerson Baty. Some of the improvment of players are Dan Nash and Karl Williams. The reason for the bad season was the inexperi- ence of the players. And some of the strengths of the team was the good defense and smart base running. Coach Earl Jaramillo said, We should have a pretty good team next year because we are only losing three seniors.
