“Shades of the Roaring Twenties,” exclaimed the older alumni as the Spanish Club's jalopy driven by Henry Martinez roars down the track. Besides guests, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Lynes, Spanish Club members being transported are Ray Mosqueda and Jackie Bates (on hood), Albert Hernandez (running board), andflappers Josephine Fernandez and Maria Velez riding on the fenders. Above: Dennis Weirauch and Eddie Niewicz sit under the Arch of Triumph sponsored by the French Club. Above: The Latin Club initiated another mode of transportation as they used their slaves (new pledges)to pull their mammoth Trojan Horse eniry.
